GROUNDSWELL RESIDENTIAL ADDITION

In Mendocino County, the Groundswell Institute is planning to expand its community housing by adding onto an existing A-frame. Acting as the architectural designer, our team developed this new addition to meet that need.
Adding 4 bedrooms, a mudroom, a shared bathroom suite and converting an existing bedroom to library and guest sleeping space, this project will unfortunately not be moving forward at this time, but the project is fully designed and ready for bidding with the client is prepared to move forward one day.
