THE HISTORIC KLAMATH RENOVATION
san francisco

Partnering with RMW architecture + interiors in 2020, we worked to develop a code compliance design analysis for this unique building opportunity on a 1914 ferry boat to be docked in San Francisco at Pier 9 with office and meeting spaces and a publicly accessible park space on the roof deck of boat.

During the pandemic, the project moved forward into design development and our team rejoined the RMW team to oversee design development and the final construction detailing package as well as construction administration remotely.

The project was constructed in Stockton, California and relocated to the final permanent dock slip at Pier 9 in 2023.
