NERDWALLET HEADQUARTERS

san francisco

When a small tech firm launches into its first full office build out, they want to capture their company's culture and brand in the new space. At NerdWallet, each employee brings their favorite book with an inscription and adds their mark into the company library. This company ritual became the centerpiece of the arrival experience to their new office space.

With plans to recruit 300% in the next 18 months, the importance of first impressions on candidates was a number one priority. The elevator lobby feature wall developed to capture this ritual, the library surrounds candidates while they wait to be interviewed, and the company swag give-away station acts as an time keeper beyond the reception desk as new team members gear up during orientation.
