The client owns a 1940s barrel roof warehouse building near the San Jose airport & is seeking to renovate the full interior and exterior finishes need a face lift to make for a better office building for their small team of contractors and engineers. They are currently located in the small additional attached to the main building. This renovation would focus on the original section of the building improving the front office on the ground floor and creating a new visually connected office mezzanine. The back portion of the building would remain used as the warehouse for project materials and overstock of common mechanical equipment.

This project completed schematic design in 2020 and demolition permitting for the interior portion in 2020. It has a projected completion date by mid-2022.
